For1814 Commemoration Inc., a brand new organization starting out in a pandemic, attaining sponsorships for this years Battle of Plattsburgh Commemoration almost seemed undoable. And yet, through the hard work of a handful of our dedicated volunteers, who undauntedly worked through COVID-19 restrictions and hand delivered numerous packets of information to our community and business leaders, we have been successful in putting together a great virtual presentation for this year.

It is because of the community commitment of local businesses and individuals, as well as the historical investment from both a state and national foundation, that we are now able to present to the public through our 1814inc.com website the “Battle of Plattsburgh 2020 Virtual Commemoration.”
